"Your concern is noted." But, it would probably be ignored. Kovacs doesn't go out of his way to give people a hard time but it just tends to happen. He's just got that charm about him, the one that says 'I'm going to fuck around with you and you're going to take it'. Does everyone listen to that charm? No.

So, he just has to try harder to be more charming.

"Everyday's a great day when I wake up on this fucking station," Kovacs says, rolling his eyes. "I've always wanted a vacation out in the middle of nowhere. If I snap and start murdering people, blame this station."
