Matt just sort of blank stares at Frank as he's talking. He tilts his head and then he leans in a little closer. It's almost comical, the way Matt sniffs a few inches away from Frank's face and then raises his cold hand, pressing the back of it against Frank's forehead.

He has no doubt in his mind that Frank is telling the truth, in so far as Frank believes this reality for himself.

"Are you under the influence of any mind-altering substances?"
