[Maybe Daisy would have been more well liked if she didn't constantly argue against the nuns when it came to bible study and every religious ritual they had to perform. For some of the kids, like Matt, they took solace in religion. Daisy had just been hurt one too many times to actually believe that prayer worked. More than anything she wanted to be wanted, and it never happened. Without fail, her foster families always gave her back.
