The question catches her off-guard a bit. Most people don't even ask, even if they're from a point when Mars hasn't been colonized yet. She tilts her head, not entirely sure where to start.
"The terraforming project has been delayed, so everyone lives in domes or underground. You need an EVA suit to step outside of them, but there's nothing like a sunset over the Mariner Valley." She's only been to Earth once, and spent most of that time indoors, so she struggles for a moment to compare it. "There isn't as much sunlight, obviously—we're farther away than Earth is. Not much of an atmosphere, either, so the dust makes the sky look ruddy instead of blue."
