[Diana has been visiting the observation deck every day since their arrival, hoping that at some point she will recognize the constellations outside. And every day, she has been disappointed. But her hope hasn't gone out yet, and she walks briskly into the deck, no longer awed by the huge expanse of glass that allows everyone to look into the sparkling void. The planet is familiar somehow yet entirely unrecognizable, and not for the first time, she wishes she'd paid more attention to her tutors.
