It does sound the same, at first -- she'd heard Holden, then seen a glimpse of him, then been convinced she was being chased by the hybrid. Was absolutely sure of it, until no one else had been able to see it and she was forced to accept it was all in her head. But as Alex continues...

That part, the physical part of it, certainly hadn't happened to her. And it's possible that was a hallucination too, considering that Alex is sitting right in front of her, seemingly healthy. It just doesn't explain the arm, or... was there a puddle in his room, still? If something like that had happened to him, as inexplicable as the solid metal of doors shifting phase, what had caused it? A biological agent, like she suspected was in the walls and vents, released when someone damaged the station?

"I don't understand. You're okay now?" She's not a doctor, but she does know the basics. Pulse, pupils, the resilience of his skin. Naomi checks him over carefully and methodically, and aside from seeming terrified? Alex is just fine. "Did you lose consciousness?"
