So, you've decided to meet me after all. Took you long enough, but you made the right choice. I need you to login to the terminal on your right hand side.

[Catch up, 9S! It's the only way A2 will finally stop. She's still on the move, though she's not exactly tracking him either.]

[What a pain... He was hoping he could verify that she didn't have a weapon first, but it looks like that's not going to be an option. His transmission with A2's device finally ends as he tucks the item away into his bag.

9S had never bothered to move from his initial location. As soon as A2 exits the Chapel, she'll see him sitting on one of the Observation Deck's benches, his gaze clearly set on the Chapel doors. He has Cruel Oath across his back, but makes no move to draw it.

Fighting here would be dangerous to the entire station, and he wanted to avoid it all costs.]

You know, you can't really play hard to get in an enclosed environment.

[A2 levels him with a distinctly unfriendly look. Especially considering how they last got on. She's not particularly worried that he has a weapon and she doesn't, though.]

I wasn't playing hard to get. I just don't want to talk, and apparently you're too stupid to take no for an answer.

[He stands, but doesn't approach her just yet.]

[A2 snorts, an unkind sound.] Ideally, this doesn't have to be an encounter at all. What the hell do you want from me? Last time we met you weren't exactly keen on a non-hostile encounter.

Those orders were from Command. Since we're outside of Command's jurisdiction here, they don't apply. Even if they did, in-fighting would put human lives in danger, so I'm sure they'd advise against it.

[He really doesn't want to fight, but he doesn't trust A2 either. That's why he keeps his sword on him.]

Sooo... Have you seen 2B recently?

No. I haven't. I don't exactly care much to see either of you YoRHa goons running around. You're not my problem.

Yeah, well unfortunately you're my problem.

[9S grumbles, reaching back to retrieve his device.]

2B's gone missing. I can't contact her device, and her room's unoccupied.

[He settles her with an accusatory tone.] You sure you don't know anything about it?

I said I don't know where the hell she is. Is your auditory processor malfunctioning or are you just stupid?

No, I just don't trust you.

[He looks down at his device. 2B's contact information was still out of service...]

I need to find her.

[a2brutus]

Yeah, because I totally have any reason to lie to you. [A2 rolls her eyes]

Then go find her and stop bothering me.

[9S shakes his head, frustrated more at himself than anything.]

What was I even thinking? I knew you wouldn't be any help.

I'm not even sure why you felt the need to ask me in the first place. It's not like you couldn't have asked everyone at once with the network.

I can't ask the humans for help. We were made to help them.

And a lot of them want to help us. They're weird like that.
