» WHO? Alex, Amos, Naomi, Bobbie, Prax
» WHEN? Day 8 and catchall for may
» WHERE? Wandering around the Station
» WHAT? The crew of the Roci goes hunting for their missing members
» WARNINGS? Alex is going to get stuck in a door and there might be some violence initiated to try to get him out. Also: Catchall for other Roci crew threads.

It felt a hell of a lot better, to have the three of them all together. Amos had a few days alone, and Alex was all too glad that hadn't been him. He'd only had a day to wonder how the hell he got there and where the rest of his crew was, before he found Amos. Then a couple days later they'd found Naomi. He was confident, now, that it was only a matter of time before they found the others - Holden and Prax. The cap and the plant guy. Alex hadn't even noticed when Prax had officially become someone he counted as crew. As family. It didn't matter. He was, now. And that meant that Alex was just as keen on finding him as he was on finding Holden.

He wanted to find the Roci, too, but he didn't have a hell of a lot of hope, for that one. Whoever or whatever had brought them here didn't seem too eager to give them a way out. He hated it - hated the idea that he was separated from her, that he didn't know where she was or who had her - but right now Holden and Prax were more important. Once they were all together, they could work on getting the ship back.

They'd started with the top floor and worked their way down. No door was left unopened (when they would open at all), no proverbial stone unturned. Despite the fact that they'd gone through a few floors, now, Alex was undeterred. They could still find them. And even if they didn't, that didn't mean they weren't on the station. Apollo's image had made it clear there was a hell of a lot more to this place than they had access to. So maybe they were being held somewhere else. But that didn't mean they weren't gonna try.

"Alright, I'll take this row," He said amiably, as if calling sides in a game of foot ball, walking towards a row of doors. He tried to open the first one, locked, and went for the next. "Anyone want to lay bets for what sort of person we accidentally walk in on, next?"

"You two aren't much better," he grumbles, but there's no heat behind the words. He starts to pick at his food now even though it's stone cold. It's not more or less appetizing because of it so what difference does it make? "But if there's one thing a Belter does best, it's getting used to fucked up circumstances."

"Alright." She absolutely down for getting the hell out of here. "So what's our plan, then?" Assuming he and the rest of the crew has one.

That gets him to widen his gaze, dropping the fork with a dramatic little plat. Well, alright it would've been dramatic if it were a metal utensil.

"Our plan? What, like we're a team?" He sniffs, almost derisive really.

It's not much of a plan, but she's getting used to playing it by ear. Not the most ideal situation, but at least they're not dead or infected with protomolecule.

"And Chrisjen. We're not leaving until we're sure she's not here."

Wait wait wait wait-- what? "Chrisjen Avasarala? Deputy Secretary of the UN?" Incredulous. Like WHAT. He knows stuff. And it's super weird that a Martian Marine is on first names with a lady like that. Unless he's wrong about the whole conspiracy thing (which you know, he's not.)

Bobbie sighs, leaning back. She knows how weird that sounds, and she understands the shock, but she's not sure she wants to get into a blow-by-blow account of what happened. "After I defected, we ended up working together. She's on our side."

He doesn't need the whole story, this is the interesting bit anyway. He forgets his food again and shifts forward. "She was on the Roci with you two?" Miller glances at Alex again, wondering what he has to say about this development.

Bobbie doesn't look pleased about it, either. Her expression closes off as she shrugs. "Yeah. Guess I'm the only one who does."

Hmmmmm. "It's convenient no one remembers you being on board then, isn't it?" Riddle me THIS. Etc etc.

Bobbie just stares at Miller, her voice level if a bit tense. This whole thing with everyone forgetting her makes her far more uncomfortable, and maybe more upset, than she's admitting. "Prax remembers me being on the ship. Go ask him."

He holds up his hands. Jesus, Dusters are so touchy. He didn't say he didn't believe her, just that it was weird. He blinks a few times at Bobbie for that name though- "Who?"

"Oh." Well, if Prax says so??? Ugh, this is getting too much for him and whenever things start to scramble his brain he just shuts it down. Miller glances at his communicator as though it were a watch. "I think I'm officially too sober for this conversation."

Honestly, Bobbie wonders if Miller is planning on spending all of his time on this station drunk. "I'm almost offended."

Who would he be if he didn't take an out when it's freely given, even if he'd be lying to say he isn't tempted to stick around. Oh well, another time, maybe.

"No promises." He appeases Alex first, then turns to Bobbie as he stands with his tray. "I'll save a spot for you at the bar, Duster." Then he winks and wanders off in that aimless way he has. Until next time, jerks.

Bobbie watches him go, looking a little bemused, then shoots Alex a look. He sure knows how to pick 'em.
