» WHO? Lance and YOU!
» WHEN? First week(end) of September.
» WHERE? Around the station.
» WHAT? He's exploring, trying to get his bearings, and meeting people.
» WARNINGS? Nothing so far. Not even language.

ARRIVAL DAY;

[ Starting on the observation deck, Lance walks at a brisk pace around the station, sometimes breaking into a jog as he goes. He periodically checks his bracelet, and he's clearly searching for... something. He'll go floor by floor, often stopping to look around. Anyone he sees in the hallway, he'll call out to. ]
Hey! Uh, hi, I'm looking for someone, can you help me?

OTHER DAYS; 1

[ Now that he's found who he was looking for, Lance has moderately more chill. He's still wandering, but this time starting at the hangar, and working his way up the decks. He's curiously poking his head into practically every door that isn't quarters, looking for people and for what they're doing. If you're up to something, there's a decent chance there's a curious teenage pilot looking on. ]

OTHER DAYS; 2

[ You can also spot him in the mess hall, poking at the replicators, and, eventually, sighing dejectedly at his food. ]
... I miss the food goo...

OTHER DAYS; 3

[ You can also spot him sitting on the floor near a fire extinguisher with a toolkit in his lap, picking out item after item and frowning at it before setting it aside, sighing in exasperation. ]

Exactly. [Funny how Lance noticed the dog, too. It's just... weird. It makes no sense at all.] Why do some people have stuff and others don't? Are they connected to whoever is keeping us here? If so, why is everyone else just fine with that? If not... Where are they getting the stuff? [And then Lance mentions the spacewolf and Keith sighs, shaking his head.] No, I don't think so. He isn't... coming to me. I can't really feel him, either. [And he meets Lance's eyes again. Too clever, huh? He smirks, a bit.] I mean-- Yeah. He kinda is. But that's also a problem, isn't it? He should be able to know where we are. He should be able to come to me. If he isn't... We are either too far away or--... [You know. Not there at all.

... And then Lance is having trouble closing the box and Keith just watches him struggle to close it for a while before raising his eyebrow a bit. Then, he is moving closer, to help him get everything out again.]
How can you run out of ideas with two ships right there? That's the ticket out of here. [Sure, they are locked, but.] Five months feels like too long to figure out how to crack metal open with a mostly operational station at your disposal.

But can we trust their answers? [And that's... the million dollar question here, isn't it? Sure, space has... weird stuff. But nothing happens without a cause, right? Being stuck here, out of nowhere, can't be random. And who can really be sure if all these people are telling the truth?

And a sigh.]
Yeah. [To be fair, he... Doesn't fully understand how exactly his wolf even works. It does, and that's all that matters. Pidge did try to tell him more about it once, but when it began descending into the possibility that every time his wolf disappeared with him and appeared again the 'him' that was back could, in theory, not even be the same 'him' that was gone, he just. Decided not to. Think about it anymore, that is. Some things are just better left without explanation. Kind of like Hunk's food.

... There really are a lot of tools in that box. None of them is powerful enough to open one of the ships on its own, but. They all could work on many other things here. What have these people been doing all this time?]
Sure. We should probably keep this. [Okay, bigger stuff first. He grabs the hammer... and then just stops, looking at it. Hm. Actually, maybe they shouldn't store that in the box. They lost their bayards and he lost his sword, but if bad comes to worse, that could work just fine as an improvised weapon. So he sets it aside, and goes for the pliers next.]

We got the pilot problem sorted. [There's two ships and, well. Two of them.] And it feels like anywhere that is not here is good. At least if any of the stuff they say happens around here really happens. But-- [And he eyes Lance, giving him a small smirk.] Yeah. Pretty much.
