Hello.

As I'm certain you all are aware, a roster has been sent to each of our devices. Given that this is yet another item on a growing list to be examined by us all, I believe it's important for each of us to come together to discuss any possible concerns or ideas that may require teamwork.

@PALPATINE and I earlier discussed the possibility of a non-compulsory meeting to sort through these issues. We agreed it would be in our best interests.

If you're inclined, please come to the Mess Hall at 19:00 in three day's time.

[The large, golden furred bat lets out a noise, close to a huff but far too squeaky to sound particularly threatening. One yellow eye opens and stares at Kira for a moment, as if Alucard is debating. It would be more sensible and probably preferable to leave, but he is pondering some details over.

Ultimately, he decides to shift over, giving room. With some effort, the bat form seems to melt away, like mist, until Alucard reverts himself to his humanoid form, his back to Kira.]

You're an unusual one.

[Says the narcoleptic shapeshifting dhampir but yanno.]

You don't get to say that to me. You fell asleep face down in the showers and turned into a giant bat in my bed.

[He wasn't really upset by it, just feeling a little amused. This weird guy calling HIM wierd.

He sighed as he got comfortable under the covers.]

I feel pretty normal by comparison.

Perhaps. Perhaps not.

You are a person who self-proclaims how little he cares for others. Yet you decided to take me somewhere quiet. And you don't seem terribly concerned that I was in another form just a moment ago.

[He won't press for more than that, and he doubts he would get more -- that and he's admittedly too tired for it. Kira is certainly an ass, but Alucard gets the impression it's more complex than that.

Frankly, I don't know how concerned I should bother being. I'm already stuck on a space station, what's a vampire to me now? You already said you weren't gonna kill me, so.

[He shrugged and rolled over, his back to Alucard as well so that they were back to back.]

Anyway, maybe I'm just trying to butter you up. You're not bad on the eyes. I'd tap that. I can do selfless things for selfish reasons.

[He wasn't really looking for such a thing, but he did have to keep up his cool, disaffected front. Kira doesn't like people, no sir. And he certainly doesn't care when weirdo vampires pass out in any random place.]

[Alucard scoffs softly.]

You make it sound so easy. You would have to try much harder.

[Though he expects there's more to Kira than he seems, Alucard isn't determined to investigate it. Not at the moment. He does idly turn the thoughts in his head, curious, but leaves it be.]

[Kira snorts out a laugh at that. Close enough, right?]

I got plenty of butter for those biscuits there, don't you worry. I'm just gettin' a head start, since I'm expecting we're gonna all get a little prison gay up in here.

[He isn't sure that's true, but he's half asleep at this point, so he's just saying whatever comes to his mind first.]

What's say I treat you to dinner sometime, sweetie? Heh heh. Get it? Cuz you're a vampire??? Ha.

[Gradually, Alucard's voice grows softly, becoming very apparent he's probably going to fall asleep again shortly.]

Don't make an offer you don't intend to fulfill.

Oh, procreation only eh? Don't worry, I won't wear a condom or pull out, just for you. [He's just teasing, mostly. Like he's not gonna turn him down if he decides he's dtf, but you know. He's not that thirsty.]

[Despite the fact that they're back to back, Alucard is almost certain that Kira can hear how hard he's rolling his eyes. He's not even going to give a comment to that.]

I would be surprised that a human on this station would give their neck to me.

[At that, Kira rolls over to face Alucard, sitting up enough to drape over the guy's shoulders.]

[That makes him pause, then he scowls and reaches up to pinch Kira's nose without looking.]

Getting friendly, aren't we.

Eh! [His nose being pinched was. New. Hee doesn't fight it though, just continuing to stay right there and talk through his nose pinching.]

I'm just here for a good time. Maybe I got a fetish.

[He smiles and then sticks out his tongue in an attempt to lick the guy's hand.]

[Alucard definitely shoves him back.] Keep to your side, and your mouth to yourself. I'm not here to indulge you.

[Kira was content with that, really, just laughing as he's pushed away.]

Yeah, yeah. Maybe don't pinch my nose and my mouth wouldn't get near you.

[But he's in a good mood now, so he'll leave Mr. Grumpy Bat be in order to roll back over and try to get some sleep.]
