Yeah? But I don't turn into a pumpkin. I'm not really sure how long I can hold a form either. Not without reforming entirely, anyway. And that seems like a lot of work for just running around.

I suppose you won't know until you try it, will you?

[Alucard's form shifts again, reforming into the pale wolf with golden eyes. He looks up at Lapis, letting out a huff before running around in a quick circle.

Well?]

[Lapis looks around, like she might be afraid of someone seeing this? But no one else is around, so she gives him an uncomfortable look.

Before her form glows in a blue light and shifts down into a wolf as well, her gem still firmly between her shoulders.]

If you tell anyone about this I'll deny it.

[reposing]

[Another huff from Alucard, which is probably one of confirmation. At the very least, he appreciates her giving it a try. He peers at her a moment, then takes off running. bye nerd]

[And... Lapis chases him. It's weird, she's not accustomed to walking, let alone running on more than two legs, so she's definitely clumsy?

It'll take her a moment to get used to them.]

[It's endearing, watching her chase -- or try to, anyway. Alucard has grown up like this, shifting from a man to a wolf as he'd like, so he is certainly far more graceful.

He huffs, amused, but lets her catch up before he's running again.]

so alucard is used to being on all fours, huh

[She's highly not a fan of the four feet thing. It's like being Malachite, only she's still missing a set of limbs, which is awful, quite honestly.

At the very least, Lapis doesn't need to breathe so it's not like she has to stop to catch her breath.

And eventually, she'll also stop being the least graceful thing this side of the galaxy.]
