Hello.

As I'm certain you all are aware, a roster has been sent to each of our devices. Given that this is yet another item on a growing list to be examined by us all, I believe it's important for each of us to come together to discuss any possible concerns or ideas that may require teamwork.

@PALPATINE and I earlier discussed the possibility of a non-compulsory meeting to sort through these issues. We agreed it would be in our best interests.

If you're inclined, please come to the Mess Hall at 19:00 in three day's time.

I would ask him to take the lead in that situation, I wouldn't ask him to take the lead afterwards. It wouldn't be because I have any hard feelings towards him, it would be because we don't know what he would try to do to the dynamic of the station.
