Well, I suppose in your case, it may not entirely matter, but I'll give you a general idea of what they do.

I don't know what your knowledge on human biology is like... [He assumes very little, based on rumor and stories alone.] But alcohol is not digested like a normal human meal. Once it is swallowed, it goes into the stomach and the small intestine. As a result, it avoids the normal digestive process and goes right into the bloodstream. So you will need at least those two organs, as well as the final one: a liver. The liver because it is the main organ that processes alcohol. Humans would die without it, so in order to have a more pleasant experience, you may wish to form one.
