but he got kidnapped into outer-space by unknown forces, marooned with his powers but none of his friends nor his only remaining family. and as a consequence, he's gone back to his old ways: breaking laws that, as far as he's concerned, doesn't hurt anybody else in a real obvious way. (he's almost crushed other people flat with giant animal-shaped robots before, which had been against the rules and perhaps obvious to some— but it hadn't been obvious to him, and that's what matters.)
he's pretty drunk. not as drunk as he would be were he not a #power ranger, but he sure as hell seems to be feeling some kind of way as he sloughs into a series of uneven forward steps. reaches out to grab the nearest person around the shoulders-- and maybe that person is you.]
Try this one, [he suggests, holding a bottle near your mouth. it smells like it could burn warts off of mules.]

Usually Neptune might have a little more sense in drinking something thrust upon her by a literal stranger but she is having the time of her life right now, and she's up for trying everything. Besides, she doesn't even seem to be getting super drunk like she hoped she might?? It's the devil in her speaking, for sure; she's merely buzzed.)
Hold on– (she kind of shoves a little at Zack, making sure she's got a good grip on the neck of the bottle before she tips it toward her mouth to try. She has a pretty decent swallow, but the burn of the alcohol leaves her spluttering, coughing hard into her hand.)
