[One hour before the meeting is set to get underway, a reminder will go out to everyone on station that interested parties should meet on the Bridge at 0900 to discuss the current state of the station and forward goals.]

[ miller hasn't bothered with a seat either, never too far from mike's side even as he flits around the room. eye contact and a smile - oh gosh, for him?! - from (1) karen page gets him moving though, sliding up next to her until his shoulder brushes hers. ]

Left the wife at home today, huh? It's too bad, I was looking forward to him bench-pressing whoever got rowdy first. [ you know there will be SOME ONE. there always is. ]

[subplot]

[That gentle ribbing earns a light roll of her eyes, but she's smiling. Because if anyone can get away with talking about Frank, it's him.]

Someone has to keep the room clean.

[And that's the one and only joking comment he'll get on that before she's focusing in on what's important here.]

Are you going to be bringing anything up today, or are you just here to listen in?

[pampa]

[ he shrugs, stuffing his hands into his pockets. ]

I was gonna show everyone those messages I got if they haven't seen 'em, about the cryopods. Weird how I got those a few days before we got into the medbay, like someone's directing us on what to open when. Don't you think?

[subplot]

That's exactly what I think. Someone's either watching us from somewhere remote, or they're hidden here.

[She's not about to get into her lab rat theory but she's feeling it stronger and stronger every day.]

The sooner the rest of us are on the same page with that, the easier it'll be to organize messages and work together to open up the rest of the station.

[pampa]

Yeah, well... [ he looks around like he's trying to discern if someone on the ground is listening to them. ] If the bogey is among us, so to speak, I expect them to start making noise about that theory.

We'll see.

[subplot]

[Karen also starts looking around, making scoffing sounds with each face her eyes pass over.]

I don't think anyone here is worth worrying about.

[But just in case -]

I'm going to share the pages I found under my pillow, and all of my notes.

[Her head turns to glance over toward Mike. It looks like he's getting ready to gear up for the meeting to start.]

No, I don't either, but we can't rule it out.

[ he nods, shifting back to what they should focus on. ]

That's good, we all need to be working with a full deck.
