[When Aqua wakes, it takes her some time to adjust. She doesn't remember anything, and the fog over her mind and the odd taste in her mouth dull her cognizance enough that she blearily traces the grooves of the metallic walls with her fingers and tries very hard to think about where she is and what exactly happened.

The device's message is ominous, but only vaguely without context. Is it possibly connected to the Unversed...?

The bottles on the wall don't interest her, meanwhile, and the lack of windows offer no immediate clue. The dreary halls outside of the room yield nothing either, except that she's back in space, and it takes her a deck or so to realize that those are doors lining the worn corridors, but she doesn't investigate them right away. It isn't until she hears...distant talking, which gives her a goal that sharpens her mind. That is, getting information from a native of this world. She's done it many times before, although she's a little warier after what happened in Deep Space (which is her closest experience with a space structure), and approaches quietly. Not that it makes a huge difference, because she can't tell where the strange woman's authority lies even with careful inspection at a distance, though she looks as rough as the rest of the station so far. And she's...muttering gruffly into her wrist, for some reason?

Well, no harm in trying to get her attention. Actually, from what Aqua can see, that device on the woman's wrist reminds Aqua of her own! Weird.]

[Aqua meanwhile looks increasingly distressed? She's sure the strange lady is doing her best but Aqua's most intimate interaction with communication tech begins and ends with the crystal behind Master Eraqus's throne.

Like, she doesn't have the heart to tell A2 she doesn't know what text format even means. Let alone commiserating on the poor state of the network.

Instead, she'll move to stand next to A2, if she can.]

[A2 gets a brief smile for that. She's being continually helpful even with her gruff attitude.

Aqua watches carefully too, until the words "username" pop up, which she takes as her cue. She pecks the holographic keys slowly, spelling out Aqua and hitting the...finish button? She doesn't remember what it's called.

In response, there's a beat, and then the text reloads as red with a little error noise. Hm.]

Did I do something wrong?

No. It's just taken. [She shakes her head.] You'll have to choose something else.

[Aqua is pretty taken aback. She's lucky she never encountered a world where other Terras and Vens existed, because, honestly.]

You mean someone here has the same name as me...?

Not necessarily. It just means that's someones username. I've seen a bunch of different ones already. [A2 gives a small shrug.] You could always be Aqua2.

Hell, that's way better than the audio post she had in mind! Why didn't A2 mention that? She did, Aqua, when she said video, but that was lost to the abyss.]

[She shakes her head with a sigh, before going through the menus. And then she absolutely shimmies away after. Don't catch this cryptid on camera!!!]

[Thankfully for A2, she won't have to participate unless she wants to. Aqua makes sure she stays close to A2 though as she makes a post, looking to A2 occasionally.

And asking bit questions, like which button to hit send, which button for volume, things like that. Doesn't mean A2 will be spared if there's a lull, but Aqua will tend to responses first!

[And, of course, A2 is right there beside Aqua when she posts! Not, physically, but in the same vicinity. She knows there's two certain YoRHa assholes around, and only one takes anything close to kindly to her.

In between Aqua's replies, A2 pipes up, hoping to not be caught on the device.]

Alucard is a vampire apparently. He needs to drink blood to survive, but according to him, he only takes from the willing. [Which is why A2 doesn't have an issue with it so much.]

Aqua is also astonished to hear that? The blood drinking, mostly. She's not that familiar with vampires.]

Aqua is also looking at A2 funny, and sort of hard. She chews on her lip for a good minute, between A2's response and some of the audio ones she'd been given, and turns more fully to A2.]

[This is a question Aqua is really hesitant to ask and has honestly been avoiding.

It makes the most sense for her situation but it also makes this situation that much more daunting. That and it's just kind of a weird, meta question on its own.]
